
Spinal Flow
Spinal Flow is a gentle, hands-on healing modality that works directly with your spine and nervous system to help the body release stress, tension, and emotional holding.
Using light touch along specific access points at the base of the spine, neck, and sacrum, Spinal Flow encourages your body to move out of survival mode and back into a state of flow. When the nervous system feels safe, the body naturally begins to unwind — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
This modality is based on the understanding that every experience you’ve lived is held in your spine and your body’s tension patterns. When life becomes overwhelming — when you’ve pushed through stress, ignored signals, or carried emotional weight — the body tightens, armours, and protects. Spinal Flow gently helps the body let go of that armour.

The Spinal Flow follow up sessions should only be booked once you have had the initial assessment and treatment session.

With each treatment more stress is releases from the body, blockages in the spine decrease and your body's own innate wisdom and life force energy strengthens, creating more and more ease and less dis-ease. This brings you back to a state of all round wellbeing. Typical session lasts about 30 minutes.
